Rigved Landmarks’s history began with the founder Late Mr. Hariram N. Somaiya, who started the business with an ambition that laid much of its foundation and principles which catapulted Rigved Landmarks to become what it is today. Now with a well-prepared land bank of half a million square feet of potential built-up area, we believe in not only creating landmarks but also creating life-long relationships through the services and expertise of a generation-long heritage.
The team that leads the way
Mr. Dilip Hariram Somaiya, after earning his B.E. in Mumbai and M.S. in the USA in 1965, began his career with Bechtel Corporation, contributing to major infrastructure projects across the country. In 1969, he returned to India, pioneering vertical extensions to existing buildings. Since then, his company has strategically acquired land and properties across Mumbai, shaping the city's infrastructure through thoughtful development.
